When we get something wrong, we fix the guide and record it here. Small changes that do not alter the advice, such as a typo or a reworded sentence, are not listed. Anything that changes a fact, figure, safety point or recommendation is.

How to Report an Error

Email hello@plantedshack.com with the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and, if you have one, a source. We review every report, usually within a few days, and reply once we have checked it.
